How to Perform Heading
Stand firmly on the ground with legs astride.
Arch the back slightly backwards.
Target the ball as you focus on it.
Tighten neck muscles.
Contact the ball with the forehead.
Keep the eyes open at the time of the contact.
Follow through with the body.
