How to cope with emotions and stress.

  1. Emotions are strong feelings we have.

  2. Stress is a state of mental or emotional strain.

  3. Stress can cause different emotions. For example fear, anger, sadness or frustration.


Ways of coping with negative emotions

  1. Discuss with a friend or guardian.

  2. Praying to God.

  3. Reading the bible.

  4. Sing a song that makes you feel happy or joyful.
