Our ground is covered with a substance called soil.
The soil is used for many things.
It is used for planting crops.
Soil has different feel or touch.
Some soil is rough.
Some soil is smooth.
Some soil is sticky when mixed with water.
Other soils do not stick when mixed with water.
Sticky soil is called clay soil.
Clay soil makes good long ribbons when modelling.
